Terms of service
Last updated September 6, 2026
These terms are between the subscribing office and R2 Roadmap LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (R2 Roadmap), for an office that subscribes to one or more R2 products through this site. Reps, referral partners, and homeowners use the products under the office's account and this site's privacy policy. An office that signs a master service agreement with R2 Roadmap is governed by that agreement wherever it differs from this page. Plain language is intentional.
The products
R2 Roadmap sells R2 Pipeline (the rep account and automation), R2 Referrals (a referral partner program), R2 Contests (sales contest standings), and R2 Commissions (commission tracking from the office's pay reports), and runs the hub where an office buys them, sets them up, and watches them on one leader page. Each product is described on its own site and in the office's proposal. The R2 Calculator is included with every subscription and is also offered publicly as an estimating aid.
One account, one card
The office has one account on the hub and one card on file. Each product the office buys is a subscription on that account, billed in advance on its own interval (monthly, or annually where the product is sold that way), with one invoice per interval. The office designates owners and admins who manage the office, its members, and its products. The office is responsible for the people it gives logins to.
Seats
Seats are per product and follow the product's own count of active reps. Adding a rep starts a seat, removing one ends it with the next invoice, and there is no fee to reassign a seat from one person to another. Where a product caps seats (R2 Referrals stops charging after 32 seats), the cap is on the pricing page.
Fees and billing
Prices are on the buy page at the time of purchase and change only with 30 days' notice. If a payment fails, the office has 7 days to update its card before its products are paused; data is kept during a pause. There is no long-term contract on monthly products; an annual product runs for its year and renews unless canceled before the renewal date.
Ownership of data
The office owns its customer relationships and its data in every product: contacts, conversations, referral partners, referrals, contest results, commission reports, scorecards, and the phone numbers provisioned in its rep accounts. R2 Roadmap processes that data only to provide the products and claims no other rights to it. R2 Roadmap owns the software, the templates, and the service itself, and grants the office a license to use them for the term of the subscription.
Rep turnover
When a rep leaves, an owner or admin removes them from the office on the hub and in each product. Logins are revoked, the rep's work moves to a replacement where the product supports it, and rep accounts stay with the office. A departing rep has no right to retain or export the office's customer information through any product.
Consent, opt-outs, and compliance
Messages are sent from the office's own accounts and phone numbers in the office's name, and the office is the sender. The products capture consent on the forms they host, store it with a timestamp, honor STOP and unsubscribe automatically, and record opt-outs. The office is responsible for consent and Do Not Call scrubbing on any list it supplies, for its reps' conduct, and for registering its phone numbers for business texting. Each party is responsible for its own compliance with the laws that govern calls, texts, and email.
Estimates in the calculator
The R2 Calculator produces illustrative estimates from the values entered. It is not a loan offer, application, or commitment to lend, and it does not guarantee any rate, term, or approval. Actual financing terms come only from a lender, in writing. See the disclaimer.
Support
Support is by email at Support@R2Roadmap.com. Response targets by severity are in the office's proposal: within one hour in business hours for an outage, within four business hours for a broken feature, and within one business day for questions.
Ending a subscription
The office may cancel any product at any time from the billing page, effective at the end of the current billing period. R2 Roadmap may pause or end a subscription for non-payment after the grace period, or for a material breach of these terms not cured within 15 days of notice. On termination the office receives a full export of its data within 30 days, and R2 Roadmap deletes the office's data after the export is confirmed, except records it must keep for billing or legal reasons.
Warranties and liability
R2 Roadmap will provide the products with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, they are provided as is, and R2 Roadmap does not promise any particular sales result. To the extent the law allows, R2 Roadmap's total liability to an office for any claim is limited to the fees the office paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute that the parties cannot settle between themselves is brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and each party consents to that venue.
General
These terms and the office's proposal are the whole agreement between the office and R2 Roadmap LLC unless a signed master service agreement replaces them. Notices go to the office's owner email and to Support@R2Roadmap.com. If part of these terms is unenforceable the rest still applies. Read them with the privacy policy and the disclaimer.
