They are built for window and door offices, including offices that operate under a national brand, and sold to each office directly. R2 Roadmap is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer, franchisor, or lender, and brand names that appear in an office's own messages belong to their owners and are used by that office under its own agreements.

No guaranteed results

The products give an office tools to find, work, multiply, motivate, and pay its sales. They do not guarantee any number of leads, referrals, appointments, sales, or revenue. Results depend on the office's customers, its reps, its rewards, and how consistently the tools are used. Figures on this site that describe potential returns are illustrations built from an office's own stated numbers or from published industry benchmarks, and each is labeled where it appears.

Some promotional (same-as-cash or deferred-interest) plans charge interest retroactively, calculated back to the purchase date, if the balance is not paid in full within the promotional window. Where a plan carries this risk, the calculator shows the estimated retroactive interest. Treat it as an estimate and confirm the exact terms with your lender.

The leader page projects the next four weeks from the weeks an office has uploaded, by a straight line through the last eight points, held at zero or above. It is a projection, not a promise, and it changes with every upload.

Not legal, tax, or compliance advice

Descriptions of consent capture, opt-out handling, Do Not Call scrubbing, reward payments, and commission math explain what the products do. They are not legal advice, and they do not replace the office's own obligations under the laws that govern calls, texts, email, employment, and taxes. Each office should have its own counsel review its programs and its agreements with reps and partners.

The products run on providers for messaging, hosting, databases, email, payments, and models. Their availability affects ours. Links from this site to other websites are provided for convenience, and R2 Roadmap is not responsible for their content.
