Who this covers

Office staff (owners, administrators, leaders, and reps) create logins in the hub and use the products. Referral partners are an office's past customers who share a referral link in R2 Referrals. Referred homeowners are people a partner sends to the office. Homeowners who use the calculator with a rep in their home enter numbers that never leave the rep's device. Visitors who buy or ask questions on this website are covered too.

What we collect

• Office staff: name, work email, phone, role, the office you belong to, your login credentials (stored hashed), and a record of the actions you take in the hub and in each product.
• Reps: what each product needs to do its job: contacts and conversations in the rep account (R2 Pipeline), referral partners and referrals (R2 Referrals), contest standings (R2 Contests), and the commission reports you forward (R2 Commissions).
• The office scorecard: the per-rep export a leader uploads to the hub, held for that office only.
• Billing: an office's subscription status and invoice history. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor and never touch our servers.
• Website visitors: what you type into the buy form or a question, and standard server logs.

The calculator

The public calculator does not require an account and does not send what you type to us. Every calculation runs in your browser; the homeowner and project details and the financing numbers are used only to display results on your screen and to build a PDF you choose to generate.

A signed-in rep's calculator starts from the financing offers their office saved. The office sets those offers; the calculator only reads them. The contact details a rep enters under Prepared by are saved in that browser only, to print on the PDF, and can be cleared at any time.

Why we use it

To run the products: sign you in once across all of them, bill the office once, show each office its own numbers, send login and status emails, and support you when something breaks. We use aggregate, de-identified numbers in marketing. Those never include a name, an email, a phone number, or an office's identity without that office's written permission.

What we will never do

We never sell personal information. We never share it with anyone outside the providers that run the service. We never use it to train a model, build a marketing list, or contact anyone for our own purposes. An office's customer data belongs to the office, and we process it only to provide the products to that office.

Who can see what

Access is enforced in each database, not only on the screen. Office owners and admins see their own office. Leaders see every rep in the office. Reps see their own numbers and their own scorecard row. Referral partners see their own referrals with the homeowner's contact details hidden. Rep names and rep numbers are never public.

Who runs the service for us

We use a small number of providers, each bound to the same limits: a database and login provider, a hosting provider, a transactional email provider for login and receipt emails, an inbound email provider for commission reports, a payment processor, a model provider for contest setup and report parsing, a messaging and account platform for rep accounts and partner mail, and a network provider for our domains. Data is stored in United States regions. The providers are named in the data processing agreement an office signs.

Text messages and email

Anyone who receives a text or an email from a product agreed to it first, and the agreement is stored with a timestamp. Every text honors STOP. Every email carries an unsubscribe link. Opt-outs are recorded and visible to the office.

How we protect it

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Daily backups. Per-office isolation in every database. Logins are email and password with reset, and sessions expire. Access to production systems is limited to the people who run the service. If we confirm a breach affecting an office's data, we notify that office within 72 hours.

How long we keep it

For as long as the office subscribes, plus the time needed to complete an export. When an office ends its subscription it receives a full export within 30 days, and we delete its data after the export is confirmed, except records we must keep for billing or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can view and update your own profile whenever you are signed in. You can opt out of texts and emails at any time. You can ask what we hold about you, ask to correct it, or ask to delete it, subject to the office's own obligations, by writing to Support@R2Roadmap.com.

Children

The products are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
