Reviewing scorecard names
Match each unrecognized Clik name to a member once; every future upload remembers.
Clik writes names its own way. When one does not match your team list, you pick the member.
Steps
- Open Scorecard, then Review names. Each unmatched name shows how many rows carry it.
- Pick the member from the list beside it.
- Save. Every week with that name updates, and the match is kept for the next upload.
- A name that is not a rep (a house account, an Other row) can stay unmatched.
Good to know
- A rep invited with a different spelling still matches once you pick them here.
- Matches are per office and never affect another office.
