Fixing a name match
When a rep's Clik name and R2 name differ, match them once.
A rep who shows twice, or shows scorecard numbers with no R2 numbers, usually has two spellings.
Steps
- Open Scorecard, then Review names.
- Find the Clik spelling and pick the member.
- Save. The leader page updates on the next open.
- If the person is not on the team list, ask an admin to invite them first.
Good to know
- Matches are remembered for every future upload.
- Clik's Other row can stay unmatched.
