Inviting a rep
Name, email, role, send. The rep sets a password from the email.
One invitation gives a rep the hub. Each product adds its own account for the rep when you add them there.
Steps
- Team on the products page: type the name and email exactly as the rep uses them.
- Pick Rep. Pick Leader for a sales manager who should read every number.
- Send. The rep gets an email with a link that sets their password.
- Check the list: the rep shows as invited until the link is used.
Good to know
- Use the same email in every product so the rep's numbers line up on the leader page.
- An invitation lasts seven days. Send it again from the same form.
