Date ranges and refresh
Every dashboard shares the same range picker and a fifteen-minute cache.
Dashboards read from the products and keep the answer for fifteen minutes so pages open fast.
Steps
- Pick a preset range or type custom dates. The range stays in the address, so a link shares the same view.
- The line under the title says Fresh or From the last 15 minutes with the time.
- Refresh reads the product again right now.
- Charts bucket by week for ranges over a month, by day under it.
Good to know
- Times are shown in Eastern time.
- A range with no data shows zeros, not an error.
