- Tiles: new contacts, conversations, appointments.
- Jump in opens the rep account login in a new tab.
- Being set up means your account is still being built by the R2 team.
Good to know
- Numbers refresh every fifteen minutes.
- Your phone number lives on the account and belongs to the office.
