Financing offers for the calculator

Reps open the calculator with your offers already loaded. You keep them current here.

Steps

1. Open Tools, then Financing offers.
2. Add from a template (same-as-cash, standard loan) or type your own: name, rate, term, promo months, and the minimum payment rule.
3. Drag to reorder. The first four active offers load in the calculator in that order.
4. Deactivate an offer when a lender changes it; it disappears from new comparisons.

Good to know

• Reps can still change any number in the home; your offers are the starting point.
• The public calculator at r2roadmap.com/calculator never shows office offers.
