Adding a rep to every product
Invite once in the hub, then add the rep inside each product that needs an account.
A rep needs two things: a hub login and an account in each product they use. The email ties them together.
Steps
- Team on the products page: invite the rep with the email they will use everywhere.
- Referrals, Contests, Commissions: Jump in and add the rep with the same email. Each sends its own welcome.
- Pipeline: email Support@R2Roadmap.com with the rep's name, email, and mobile. The R2 team builds the rep account.
- The seat count follows on its own.
Good to know
- Same email everywhere is what lines the rep up on the leader page.
- A rep invited to the hub but not to a product sees that product's card with no numbers.
