Each product keeps its own records; the hub reads numbers and never copies the data.
The office owns its data. R2 processes it to run the service and for nothing else.
Steps
- Each product stores its own records in its own database, isolated per office and enforced in the database, not only on the screen.
- The hub asks each product for numbers to draw a dashboard; it never reads a product's database directly.
- Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored in United States regions, with daily backups.
- Leave, and you receive a full export within thirty days; the data is deleted after you confirm it.
Good to know
- Never sold, never shared outside the providers that run the service, never used to train anything.
- Rep accounts and phone numbers belong to the office, not the rep.
